Tim: Yahoo got the best deal that was good for them, I think yahoo could not compete at the same level on the search.

We are going after a lot of white spaces, meaning spaces that have not been explored for innovations. We are looking at a very large growth on the unique visitors traffic We have 270 million unique visitors globally and 100 million unique visitors in the US, the main avenue is the improvement of the user experience.

What are you looking for in a search deal?

Tim: AOL is not a search provider. We are not in a rush to get that deal done.I think that Google has the relationship advantage because bot companies know each other.

How do you scale?

Tim: I will use the TV example: when you look at the TV channels. the content is much deeper. The distribution has massevely changed in the couple past of years (due to Facebook or Youtube for ex). The scale capabilities come from the distribution it does not come from the content itself.
